Our Latest Project
Our last project was a large extention in Rush, County Dublin. Our clients were a family with three children that wanted to extend their house to include a large open plan kitchen area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. This project was complete to the highest standard and our clients were delighted with the finished result.
Here’s a couple of before and after pictures.
Our clients had a great garden with only small windows, allowing very little natural light.
We cleared out the kitchen which was long and narrow with a limited view.
This beautiful extension was structurally secured with steel as a cost effective, safe, versatile option. The exterior and interior was insulated to a high degree for greater energy efficiency.
We put spray foam insulation in the roof space to get every nook and cranny!
Our clients are so happy with the results and we know they will have many happy years together in their new home
Now they have an amazing view out to their garden through three large panel sliding doors
We reconstructed an open plan kitchen/dining area with a sleek modern finish.
The father of household is an early riser and remarked that when he comes down to the kitchen at 5am before the heating is on it never feels cold.
We then put insulation boards on top of the spray foam insulation!
